Service Desk Opportunity - IT / Healthcare (Entry Level):

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the Clinical Knowledge Base.
  • Participate in team projects to enhance the resolution center's efficiency.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Interest in healthcare or IT fields preferred.
  • Degree or training in Healthcare, Medical, or Computer Science is a plus.
