Work you'll do
Experienced Service/Help Desk Manager on State Based Health Benefit Exchange who has lead ITIL processes to handle tickets logged by state workers and streamline the reporting, prioritization, service levels, functional understanding of ACA, and manage workload of team members. Should problem solver, knowledge of SQL and report design id desirable.

Qualifications:

Required:

3+ years of experience of:
  • Microsoft office
  • SQL
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Healthcare Systems experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Bachelors Degree required

Travel : Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114k to $190k.
