Service Desk Tech - Viera, FL

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Technicians to join our team in Viera, FL. The ideal candidates will have three plus years of experience in a Service Desk role, along with relevant certifications and a strong ITIL foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across all locations.
• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and resolutions provided.
• Educate users on IT best practices and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Service Desk role.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Microsoft and Cisco certifications required.
• CompTIA A+, Server+, and Network+ certifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong ITIL foundation, preferably ITIL v3 certified.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
