Department: UCHlth IT Service Desk EPIC SUPPORT

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Weekends

Pay: $20.15 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

This is a full-time position on UCHealth's IT Service Desk team in Aurora, Colorado. This is a work-from-home position but you must reside in Colorado. Provides first and second level support to internal customers regarding application, hardware and service/network requests.

UCHealth is hiring for an IT Service Desk Technician. Candidates will be considered for one of the following levels:

Service Desk Technician Associate

Enters support requests into tracking system and assigns ticket number or other identification.
Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.
Diagnoses, resolves and closes customer issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality. Provides basic end-user training.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of relevant experience

The pay range for this position is: $20.15 - $30.22 / hour.

Service Desk Technician

Responds to support requests in tracking system. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.

Diagnoses, resolves and closes desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines.

Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.

Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality. Provides end-user desktop computing training.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of relevant experience

The pay range for this position is: $28.26 - $42.39 / hour.

Preferred

• Epic EMR experience

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
