Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Service Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling service contracts via outbound call and email campaigns as well as nurturing incoming leads for contract inquiries that are generated by other teams. You will execute targeted and planned marketing campaigns, prospecting, and nurturing new contract leads by utilizing the telephone, email, internet, and other availability technologies. This role will provide straightforward consultation, support, and solutions to existing customer contracts based on their changing business needs. Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively nurturing leads; building relationships by conducting onboarding, information dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready.
  • Moving each lead to the next step in the sales cycle at the appropriate time and ultimately closing the sale for a new service contract.
  • Accurately and quickly promoting and quoting service solutions to all applicable accounts if not assigned to a field sales representative.
  • Working in coordination with field sales representatives as well as any service support team within the organization to obtain problem resolution and resolve customer issues.
  • Actively learning and maintaining knowledge of existing and new technical product details.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service, sales, and marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn technical information.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to other Mettler Toledo sites for training.
