Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking qualified candidates for the latest direct-hire role of Service Support Representative in New Albany, IN.

Pay: Based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift, generally 8-10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the service inbox for inquiries, providing timely assistance to internal and external customers.
• Review service records to identify customers in need of re-calibration service and perform quote follow-up.
• Generate quotations and order confirmations for new and existing service accounts.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Answer calls and assist with service dates, pricing, and order placement.
• Prioritize and process requests from Field Service Technicians (FST) for tools, standards, and parts.
• Coordinate jobs with subcontractors and ensure all contractor requirements are communicated.
• Run open service orders report weekly and update due dates in ERP.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales Support, or Technical Support.
• Minimum five years of experience in CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP or Syteline preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
