The Service Solutions team is looking for a Service Warehouse & Distribution Specialist to provide support for our robotic systems. Responsible for overseeing/maintaining the Service/Repair warehouse, managing RMA field returns, maintains the inventory levels of repair components and Spare parts. Picks, packages, and ships spare parts, performs cycle counts, performs RMA decontamination, scraps, and disposes of defective materials, creates/manages service work orders, and issues parts to Service work orders. The Repair Service Engineer will also be responsible for following all local and global policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations and movements of materials in and out of the Service Repair Warehouse.
  • Keeps accurate up-to-date inventories of all returns, component parts, and FRU inventory by conducting scheduled cycle counts.
  • Opens, verifies, and receives into SAP within 48 hours all RMA field returns.
  • Decontaminates biohazard field returned parts per Depot procedures.
  • Creates and maintains SAP Service Repair Orders used to schedule work for the Depot Repair technicians.
  • As requested by the repair technician issues repair components to Service Repair Orders.
  • Disposes of defective parts and assemblies through our Material Destruction Process. Scrap waste, e-waste, and recyclable materials appropriately.
  • Orders and maintains the inventory of shipping, packing materials, and misc. supplies used in the Repair Center.
  • Securing RMA's from purchasing to ship parts back for Return to Vendor repairs.
  • Troubleshoots with multi-departmental groups to solve material issues with production, supply, delivery, shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
  • Maintains key monthly Service Warehouse metrics.


Job Qualifications:

  • Vocational, Certificate, Technical, associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Generally, requires 2 to 4 years of relevant warehousing work experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written communications with multi-functional groups.
  • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience with an emphasis on transactions in a warehouse environment.
  • Medical Device (Robotics experience is a plus).
  • Agile experience.
  • Experience with the shipping of dangerous goods. (lithium batteries, etc.)


Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,500.00 to 88,600.00 per year.

  • This position is overtime eligible.

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year


The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a laboratory/assembly environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Demands:

May require lifting of up to 50 lbs. and operation of hoisting equipment for heavier loads.

May require prolonged periods of standing, bending, sitting, and kneeling during system assembly.
