ServiceNow Development Lead - HRSD, ITSM, ITAM

Location: Phoenix, AZ - Onsite Position

Required skills: ServiceNow HR, Integration, Flow Designer, CSM

Experience: 8-12 years

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular JS CSS HTML JavaScript and ServiceNow HRSD ITSM and ITAM.

Responsibilities:

This role involves managing and optimizing our infrastructure operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Experience working on ServiceNow development in a professional or collaborative setting

Strong understanding and fluency in JavaScript, as well as good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS

Experience working with stakeholders and clients.

Should have Ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.

Should have Ability to write and debug business rules/client scripts/widgets with proficiency

Experience with the ServiceNow workflow editor & Flow designer

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems with REST APIs. Good knowledge of REST fundamentals

Custom application development and Service Portal development experience

Strong problem solving and communication skills

Assist in workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate the potential solutions and outcomes

Proven experience of technical leadership across ServiceNow application area, i.e. ITSM, HR, CSM, SPM etc.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
