ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist

- This person will work with a 3rd party (Accenture) to get the ServiceNow deployed in our clients environment.
- Working cross functionally with various IT admins and IT departments to ensure all assets are included in the scope.
- He/she will be responsible for the configuration and management of deployment of the ServiceNow HAM module along with the IT Asset Management procedures/inventory, and auditing IT Asset Management best practices.
- The candidate will be maintaining ServiceNow modules once the implementation has happened. This person will also be troubleshooting any issues within the module along with any issues related to IT Asset Management

Salary will range from $85,000 - $90,000 dependent on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years IT Hardware Asset Mgmt. experience - maintaining and deploying
Preferably within the ServiceNow
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module OR IT Asset Management (ITAN)module
- CMDB experience (configuration management database) within ServiceNow
Experience putting together CMDB protocol

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- ServiceNow Asset Management implementation
