Position: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer for a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension.

If you have experience as a ServiceNow Developer, IT Operations Specialist, ServiceNow Consultant, or ITSM/ITOM Engineer, this role could be a great fit for you.

In this position, you will collaborate with our team to implement a PMO application using the ITSM module for effective project tracking, focusing primarily on service mapping and ITOM Health functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize ServiceNow development tools, including UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio, to build and enhance IT operations workflows.
• Work with ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), to support the development and configuration of applications.
• Configure and maintain ITOM Health functionalities, including monitoring, alerting, and creating comprehensive service health dashboards.
• Focus on service mapping and ITOM Health solutions to improve visibility and control over IT services.
• Apply knowledge of Sensogo for integration and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITOM Health functionalities, including service mapping and health monitoring.
• Knowledge of Sensogo integration with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and configure ITOM Health solutions effectively.

Work Schedule:

• 4 days per week on-site in Bartlesville, with no remote work option.
• Time worked is time paid; no PTO or paid holidays are included in this assignment.
