Position Summary

The SharePoint contractor is responsible for working through the process of transitioning our company from SharePoint 2013 on-premises to SharePoint Online. The ideal person will assist with this transition and be someone well-versed in best practices for security, site templates, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities:
• Setup SharePoint security
• Create site templates
• Setup development environment for SharePoint Online
• Determine best practices for use for site setup
• Design and develop solutions using SharePoint online and Power Automate
• Provide documentation for solutions

Required Experience:
• At least 3 years of SharePoint online experience is required.
• Experience setting up new Communication & Team sites
• Experience setting up site templates
• Experience with SharePoint security best practices
• Power Automate experience (Flow & Forms)
• Experience with SharePoint search, strongly preferred
• Experience with SharePoint governance, strongly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan and organize workload, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a small team environment as well as with external parties.
• Bring a positive team player attitude that is dependable and committed to the objectives given.
