Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation. As Amazon continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we need to evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvement through shipper coaching and performance management. The Shipper Performance Coach will create and implement recommendations and actions to help shippers improve their performance.

Key job responsibilities

- Monitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis

- Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time

- Identify root causes of transportation defects

- Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers

- Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers

- Lead daily business review stand-up calls

A day in the life

In this role, you will be responsible for actively managing the performance of a portfolio of shippers. This involves closely monitoring their data, identifying areas for improvement, and then working directly with them to implement solutions. You will need to be able to quickly adapt to changing conditions and find creative ways to overcome challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, teams, and partners on a daily basis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience

- High school or equivalent diploma

- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of Amazon experience

- Knowledge of SQL
