Shipping & Logistic Representative - START ASAP

LOCATIONS: Allen, TX - This is not a remote opportunity

Pay: $18/hr.

Hours of Operations:

Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm

Title: Shipping & Logistic Representative

Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals terminal configuration process.
• Learn and be proficient in the Benefits POS application and inventory tracking purposes.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot mobile & web-app UI/UX issues with clients over the phone.
• Demonstrable patience when communicating with clients.
• Perform all shipping tasks required to create satisfied customers.
• Perform all tasks in a timely and economical manner.
• Look for efficiency with organizing, materials, etc.
• Communicate with and support the Sales and Shipping Team

Requirements:

• Preferable knowledge for Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Understand basic technical concepts such as POS, iOS, Android, FrontEnd, Backend, VPN.
• Quick learning capabilities
• 1-2 years of customer support experience
• Extremely organized
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, reach overhead and lift up to 30 to 50 lbs occasionally
• Warehousing/parts storage or fulfillment experience preferred
• Shipping experience with UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL, LTL preferred
