Shipping Receiving Clerk

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Process pick tags and pack parts for shipment to subcontractors.
• Verify the accuracy of scheduled ship dates, part numbers, quantities, and shipment methods for customer orders.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in packaging and shipping items by or before scheduled dates.
• Receive materials accurately per job function procedures, with proficiency in counting and maintaining legible records.
• Handle international and domestic shipments promptly and efficiently, maintaining organized processing.
• Maintaining and processing receiving tags and kanban for international invoices and domestic orders, ensuring accurate part and material counts.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• SAP (Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing) experience preferred
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
