We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Supervisor to join our team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you'll ensure that every shipment reaches its destination promptly and within budget. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outgoing and incoming shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
• Verify items for shipment, ensuring they are in good condition and destined for the correct location.
• Manage shipping documentation, including notices, orders, and invoices, to prioritize tasks and select appropriate shipping methods.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in our database.
• Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with warehouse and shipping standards, optimizing space utilization.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation to support production goals.
• Report damaged goods and inventory discrepancies to management.
• Enforce safety regulations to create a secure work environment.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Technical shipping knowledge
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• 3PL experience
• Inventory Management

• WMS
• Inventory control
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
