What you'll be doing day to day

Our Expansion team is responsible for implementing our retail concepts at the lowest cost, with economy of scale and sustained profitability. As a Retail Expansion Project Leader, you will help to develop and implement retail strategies to enable maximum market penetration in the U.S.

Support the development of the project plan and budget for the sales and architectural design process.

Plan, organize and develop project Investment Requests (IR).

Create and maintain standard budget values for projects.

Support the proper handoff of the projects to various leaders and stakeholders.

Facilitate communications and interactions between the functional representatives and stakeholders.

Participate in project governance and quality control. Take the lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values.

Lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA.

JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-time, In Location, multiple locations, traveling 3-4 days a week
HOURS - Salaried, Retail Management
SHIFTS - Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.

PAY - The starting rates/salary for this position range from $65,627 - $95,510 and will be based on relevant work experience.

QUALITFICATIONS
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Shop Design/Visual Merchandising or similar
• Revit 3D planning and documentation skills and experience
• Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results
