This position is responsible for building, managing, auditing, and negotiating tour inventory of up to 50k + individual tour departures, including initial allotment build and waitlist management.

Managing Shorex Repository, tour and operator information, and compliance requirement items.

Promptly action itinerary changes by negotiating with vendors and adjusting inventory for new, changed, and/or cancelled calls. Acts as Call Center point of contact for tour and port information requirements.

This incumbent will need to identify distressed inventory whether due to waitlist or underperformance and suggest content adjustments/cancellations as well as tour retail adjustments to drive volume.

Closely working with guest service / call center and shipboard teams to amend bookings and communicate updates to guests and travel agents on changes and product-related information. Ensuring communication to guest, travel agents and internal departments is accurate and timely.

Daily communication with tour operators updating allotments.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years in corporate or shipboard environment

* Experience Building, Managing, Auditing, and Negotiating Inventory

* Knowledge of travel or cruise industry helpful

* MS Office applications required

* Intermediate level in Excel

* Systems and data entry experience a plus
