Join the Siemens Energy North America Finance Excellence Academy for a 24-month rotational program crafted to provide comprehensive exposure to various business areas and corporate functions. - Experience diverse finance subject areas, including financial accounting, service operations finance, manufacturing operations finance, commercial project management, sales, and business controlling. Additionally, gain exposure to different professional environments by working in offices located in Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Charlotte, and more.
- Build a strong professional network through our buddy program and mentorship support. These connections will support your career growth beyond the program, creating a network of like-minded professionals who are committed to your growth.
- Engage in a variety of technical and leadership trainings aimed at enhancing both your professional skills and personal growth.

- Bachelor's required/Master's Degree preferred in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related fields graduating in May 2025.
