Volt is immediately hiring for Sit-Down Forklift Operators in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Shift: 12 hour rotational shifts (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am)

As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator you will:

Sit-Down forklift operators are responsible for performing the physical or combined administrative/physical tasks involved in the storing, counting, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Works from requisition, order list or stock list to pull required items.
• Uses a checklist as items are pulled to ensure kit accuracy.
• Processes returned items and unscheduled issues.
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Take inventory of stored items through cycle counting.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6 months- 1 years of related experience.

Pay Rate: $20.50-$21.50 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
