Description

The Site CTMS Research Operations Lead, Digitization will directly manage and lead the Site CTMS digitization team; working closely with the Site CTMS team across product, learning, operations, and implementation to ensure customer expectations on quality and digitization deliverables are achieved on time. We are seeking a candidate with people management experience to lead a team of remote based employees.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team responsible for digitization deliverables, including resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and productivity benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation and Operations teams to project overall delivery planning and execute priority deliverables. Construct and present customer-specific delivery plans for initial implementation and ongoing success planning.
  • Utilize metrics review and analysis to evaluate process modeling and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Contribute and influence innovation and automation of core workflows with a focus on scale and quality.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, along with 8+ years experience managing and developing a high performing team; preferably within the clinical research space
  • Proven people management experience in managing remote teams and deliverable workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CTMS workflows to align digitization efforts with customer needs
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Enjoys "getting their hands dirty" by digging into complex operations.
  • Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
