Site Reliability Engineering Manager

A client of Insight Global is hiring for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager - in Boston, MA. This $7 Billion company is an industry leader in the Retail space.

As the SRE Manager, you will lead a team of 7-10 Site Reliability Engineers responsible for supporting and monitoring production for the eCommerce platform, incident management and development enablement within the Agile Release Train. The day to day includes: road map planning, backlogs and strategy, managing capabilities to support DORA metrics and working cross functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Business Stakeholders. An ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience and 4+ years of people management experience mentoring engineers or developers. Additionally, they will have experience with Agile, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence and Github.

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite at their Boston, MA office. Required Skills & Experience
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience within the Site Reliability Engineering industry
- 4+ years of people management experience mentoring engineers or developers
- Strong experience with production monitoring, development enablement and incident management
- Advanced with Agile, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, Github
