Site Superintendent

Our client is seeking a Site Superintendent to support one of their large Federal clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Direct all job site activities
- Drive project execution to meet the project the required budget, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate and delegate subcontractor work to meet project schedule milestones and contract agreements
- Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction
- Communicate with PM on project updates
- Review designs, blueprints, and contract documentation to ensure everything is complete and accurate

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of construction experience
- 5 years of superintendent experience on Federal projects
- OSHA 30

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Clean Room/Clean lab construction
- Experience with modular construction
