Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Enterprise Program Manager

Who You'll Work With

This is a project-based role where you'll be the Enterprise Program Manager supporting our client in the restaurant industry.

Location: Client is in San Diego

Work Schedule: If local to San Diego, the preference is for 2 days/week onsite, however, remote can be considered.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of complex enterprise programs
• Leads enterprise projects across departments and business units; utilizes enterprise project and portfolio management module Service Now for project status, assessment of results, and issue management
• Approaches, contracts, and manages vendors as appropriate; Evaluates the fit/cost of solution options
• Develops resource strategies, allocates staff, tools, and specialized support necessary for project implementations
• Facilitates the creation of team environments, provides leadership and guidance to assigned project staff and supports employee performance planning

What You'll Bring

Basic Requirements:

• Completed BS or MS Degree preferably in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering
• 5+ years of related program/project management experience preferably within the restaurant or retail industries
• Experience with POS (point of sale), kitchen display, labor and food management, or digital checklists

Preferred Requirements:

• Restaurant/Retail experience
• Experience with Drive-Through technology
• Experience with Digital (mobile and web)

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base hourly pay range is $70/hr-$80/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
