Job Description

-Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers.
-Performs basic diagnostics and reports on small engine equipment.
-Participates in Stihl online training to become Stihl certified.
-Maintains current knowledge of Stihl Products.
-Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing repairs and maintaining equipment.
-Completes all paperwork and warranty repair forms associated with repairs.

Requirements

-Previous experience repairing small engine equipment
-Prefer knowledge on tools and equipment used in repairing equipment.
-Customer service skills
- Oral and written communication skills
-Ability to safely operate chainsaws and other equipment being repaired.
