SNF Activities Assistant Sun.-Thurs.

The Activities Assistant is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day.

This position requires working Sunday - Thursday with short term and long term rehabilitation patients.

As an Activities Assistant you are responsible for enriching the lives of our residents in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Providing hands on involvement in resident programs the majority of shift

• Assist with coordination of calendar events

• Assist with delivering packages to the residents apartments

• Assist with maintaining an environment that supports our whole-person wellness culture of resident engagement.

• Assist in ensuring resident welcome and engagement protocols are in place

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Schedule will rotate weekends and holidays with other activities associates.
