Mandatory Skills:

1. A minimum of three years' experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and Administration, with

minimal supervision

2. A minimum of three years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing all day to day administration for

CMDB and supporting the ServiceNow platform.

3. Clear communicator demonstrating professional organization, technical documentation, creating project plans, and

monitoring progress using Service-Now. As well as Experience in systems analysis, design, and programming.

4. Experience integrating and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB

5. Hands on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and

reporting/dashboard creation.

6. Self-starter, analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful and innovative.

Desirable Skills:

1. Project Manager experience leading similar projects.

2. Experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and implementation in the government sector.
