Responsibilities
The College Events Coordinator will assist with the planning and implementation of events under the supervision and direction of the CEHHS Event Manager. This role will assist with event planning from an initial, big picture vision down to day-of execution. This individual will also interact with faculty, staff, donors, alumni, internal operations, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
The College Events Coordinator will assist with the planning and implementation of events under the supervision and direction of the CEHHS Event Manager. This role will assist with event planning from an initial, big picture vision down to day-of execution. This individual will also interact with faculty, staff, donors, alumni, internal operations, and third-party vendors.
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of event tasks including but not limited to the creation of site maps, timelines, RSVPs, decorations, setup and teardown
- Track volunteer participation and maintain volunteer database
- Maintain, properly store, and secure College-owned assets between events
- Effectively problem solve before, during, and after events
- Compile post-event surveys and record recommendations for improvement
- Participate in event planning meetings as required
- Respond timely and with thoughtful feedback to questions from event attendees
- Ensure a high level of customer service for all event attendees
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability and desire to collaborate and communicate with staff, faculty, and leadership as required verbally, in writing, and in-person
- Ability to work with various team members, vendors, and volunteers in a professional and respectful manner
- Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications and technology
- Must have flexible work schedule; event days and times will vary
- Ability to travel independently to and from events
