Social Media and Communications Coordinator

• The social media and communications coordinator will assist in developing dynamic, engaging social media efforts across multiple accounts and platforms
• Work with the team to execute campaigns and other marketing-led initiatives
• Curate engaging social media content for multiple accounts across various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
• Help maintain a unified brand voice across social media platforms and other marketing efforts
• Manage external communications, including but not limited to, email communications, web stories and press releases
• Assist with filming and editing of social media-based content
• Attend home matches to live tweet and update web information
• Create and adhere to a content calendar to schedule and plan engaging content across multiple accounts and platforms
• Manage and post on the Tormenta FC app
• Meet deadlines and work with changing priorities

Skills and qualifications:

• Four year degree in marketing, sport management, public relations or other related major preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in marketing or social media, with a preference for sports experience.
• Knowledge of key platforms including Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, and Meta Business.
• Ability and interest working nontraditional hours, while prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with AP style of writing is a plus.
