The Social Media Manager role on the team is an important Emerging Audience growth position within the Brand & Editorial Social team. This role will lead the audience growth, communications and scheduling of social content across our fast-growing Emerging Audience handles, including Culture Rated and Primero Latino. The role will collaborate closely with our internal content partners across PV to deliver:

- relevant / key original Amazon MGM Studios title content, in close partnership with Studios social leads.

- important key Hub campaign activity, including social strategy for TVOD, Channels and Library for distribution across the Emerging Audience handles.

- highly acquisitive, high-growth audiences to our global social eco-system and engaging new and existing customers across our social platforms with bar-raising creative.

Key job responsibilities

This Social Media Manager role on the Brand Social team is responsible for leading the overall social, creative and operational strategy and audience growth for our Emerging Audiences handles. They will be:

- Strong collaborators and communicators, with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best social creative for our customers.

- Excellent social marketers with social platform expertise and an understanding of what drives viral social creative for our customers. Have a good understanding of how social and culture connect and how to capture on our handles.

- Able to understand and articulate key data and analytics to drive durable learnings and strong social. - Passionate content advocates (originals, TVOD, Channels, Library) able to develop social strategies to drive engagement for all our brands, audiences and titles.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management

- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
