Job Description:

Social Media Marketer needs 2+ digital marketing and social media marketing experience

Social Media Marketer requires:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Direct paid social advertising experience preferred on networks including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Ability to run social advertising and marketing campaigns work to drive user engagement and brand affinity
  • Gather data and analyze findings, identifying areas to optimize
  • Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint and social media management tools
  • Passion for social media; actively participates in social media for business purposes
  • Strong collaboration skills, with ability to partner across functions
  • Ability to interpret data using established analytic/reporting tools to create actionable marketing reports and conclusions
  • Experience working across different global cultures a plus
  • Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies written style to meet needs

Social Media Marketer duties:
  • Develop and coordinate scheduling and processing of daily social media posts; moderate and oversee organization's presence in social media sites
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of paid social media advertising supporting company's initiatives including, but not limited, to the development, coordination and measurement of paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Create and implement social media marketing programs and campaigns with user engagement and experience in mind
  • Monitor and analyze performance of each social media marketing program to measure impact on business activities and make appropriate optimization adjustments.
  • Provide and inform strong, data-driven recommendations about paid and/or boosted social programs
  • Represent the Social team in cross-functional and key stakeholder collaborations, and articulate campaign execution and present to team leads based on performance results.
  • Assist with management of social media employee advocacy program and various technologies supporting business activities
  • Assist in monitoring social media platforms and respond as appropriate to questions and feedback
