$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages the company's social media strategy across all corporate and local channels for both Amedisys and Contessa Health, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Produces and creates videos as part of the company's larger content marketing strategy, including distribution to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.
• Facilitates the onboarding of new social media contributors to local social media accounts and provides general oversight, guidance, and regular content suggestions for local content.
• Provides content to company Brand Ambassadors to post on their personal channels to promote Amedisys' thought leadership and career opportunities.
• Collaborates with other marketing and company colleagues, including designers, subject matter experts and marketers to bring the strategy to life.
• Monitors mentions of the company and responds, if necessary, to direct questions or comments.
• Assists in the company's reputation management program by monitoring and responding to online reviews and engaging with social media followers' comments and direct messages.
• Defines KPIs and regularly reports on the success of the social media program.
• Stays up to date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Provides support of marketing and communications functions as needed, including occasional blog creation.
• Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
• Three (3+) years' experience in social media

Preferred-

• Healthcare experience.
• Writing and social media examples may be requested during the interview process; portfolios welcome
