Interprets and assists in resolving social problems that relate to medical condition and/or hospitalization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work

- Bachelor or Masters degree from a recognized school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
Experience:
- Minimum one year of job related experience preferred in an acute care setting
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Knowledge of community resources.
Licensures/Certifications:
- Current South Carolina License.
