Overview

To provide enterprise system management to include installation services, software repair, and diagnostic testing for all system software and layered products

  • Support including performance monitoring, patch/fix, software configuration, and upgrade activities for Off-the-Shelf software products.
  • Implement and maintain approved changes and patches to the IT system infrastructure configuration.
  • Engage with vendors to obtain support when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate changes, updates, optimization, and other events.


Responsibilities
  • Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • ITIL Foundations certification desired

Level 3- Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
