This position will work on software maintenance and compliance. Working with large software providers like Microsoft and IBM to negotiate best enterprise agreement terms. They will also work closely with agency IT liaisons and fiscal representatives to identify licensing needs for their agencies and monitor licensing levels for compliance. This position may also assist customers from the consolidated agencies with obtaining quotes for individual software titles and creating accounts. They will work with techs to install the correct licenses for users.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD), Fiscal & Administration (F&A).
