DESCRIPTION
Our Last Mile Delivery Experience team is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) with extensive experience in building services related to data processing, large language models, machine learning lifecycle management.
Ideally, the candidate will have expertise in software engineering fundamentals and system architecture, have a strong understanding of data processing pipelines, and automation, as well as be able to apply best practices. In this role, the software engineer is responsible for creating the program update for full automation of route recycling and linking different data systems to the platform, including firmware, back-end, and application defects.

Key job responsibilities
*As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Development Managers and other SDEs across the company to develop, test, and launch
* Take end-to-end ownership of the software development life cycle. This includes design, testing, and deployment
* Be very hands-on; work with the engineering team to manage the day-to-day development activities by leading architecture decisions, participating in designs, design review, code review, and implementation
* Champion operational, technical, and process improvements
* Work with your manager and other engineers in delivering to the roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Go programming language
- Knowledge of working with containers
- Experience contributing to open-source projects
