As asoftware developeron the Quoting Platform Business Function Discretionary team you’ll work on enhancements to a variety of applications. You’ll gain technical and business knowledge in systems that are instrumental in growing Progressive, including Direct Quoting. The team works in 2 week sprints and follows Scrum Framework and Lean Management. This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred skills

• C#, Angular, HTML/CSS, Web API
• Agile/Scrum
• TFS, Azure DevOps, GIT
• SpecFlow, test automation, performance testing
• Excellent communications collaboration skills, and a willingness to cross-train in other roles

Compensation

• $ 87,000-$113,000 /year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
