Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team focused on building the next generation of a rapidly growing healthcare medical imaging platform. You should have a passion for high-quality results, constantly seeking to improve processes and find opportunities to enhance outcomes. Working with minimal supervision, you will adopt Agile processes to prioritize and complete tasks, share ideas, and collaborate to deliver creative solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Write quality, scalable, and supportable code with appropriate unit tests, automated testing, and documentation in a CI/CD environment.
  • Take ownership of new challenges and proactively explore opportunities to add value across the organization.
  • Interface with customers, internal departments, and other engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Translate product requirements into detailed engineering specifications.
  • Be responsible for full lifecycle systems/applications development.
  • Work closely with the executive team to define product direction and contribute to design decisions.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and application design.
  • Proven experience in building complex, highly scalable, performant, secure, and reliable distributed software systems.
  • Experience in Cloud-native design, principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with GCP technologies, including Cloud Storage and databases (Relational, NoSQL).
  • Strong analytical abilities and proven design skills.
  • Ability to meet ambitious goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution.
  • Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
