Software Engineer Intern

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Software Engineer Intern to our corporate team in Guilford, CT. The position will provide support to the software and database teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• Managing user authentication across operational and reporting platforms.
• Ensuring successful execution of ETL jobs and report accuracy.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data.
• Report development and analysis across multiple platforms.
• Managing the reporting environment, including data sources and security.
• Active participation in UAT strategies for supported application change management.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Ability to work in and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Matriculating in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS SQL experience
• Tableau reporting experience
