What You Will Be Doing :
  • Supporting software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems).
  • Interacting with customers and development team to gather and define requirements.
  • Analyzing and studying customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs.
  • Designing, creating, testing, and maintaining software and web-based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Coordinating creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrating them into a coherent site design.
  • Developing and maintaining software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades.
  • Providing software process management and configuration management throughout the software / web development lifecycle.


Required Skills:

Must Have :
  • MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
  • Full stack development and integration experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL, plus application configuration/interface using web services.
  • HS/GED and 8 years' experience; or AA/AS and 6 years' experience; or BA/BS and 4 years' experience; or MA/MS and 2 years' experience; or PhD and 1 year experience.
  • DoD 8570 Level II compliant certification (e.g. Security+, CSSP, etc.).


Desired Skills:

Nice to Have :
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Experience with C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Experience in Node.js/Angular development.
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of the software life cycle (specification, design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, operation, sustainment).
