The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure required for our AI-assisted marketing intelligence tool. This role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data quality, and implementing efficient data pipelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data scientists, AI architects, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions that drive business intelligence and marketing insights. Key Responsibilities:
o Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support AI and machine learning models.
o Ensure the data infrastructure is robust, secure, and optimized for performance.
o Integrate data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, external datasets) into a centralized data repository.
o Implement data management best practices, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
o Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
o Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure continuous data flow and accuracy.
o Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the data engineering process.
o Stay current with the latest advancements in data engineering, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
o Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, architecture, and workflows.
o Create and manage dashboards and reports to track data pipeline performance and key metrics.
o Oversee data infrastructure development, ensuring that data pipelines, ETL processes, and data repositories are designed, built, and maintained efficiently.
o Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for data scientists and machine learning models.
o Integration of various data sources, managing data storage solutions, and optimizing data processing workflows. Required Skills
o 3+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or a related field.
o 5+ years of data engineering experience with Big Data (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.), preferably with digital data sources (Facebook, Instagram, Adobe, Google, DV360, etc.)
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
o Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
o Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
o Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
o Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data services.
o Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Marketing Domain Knowledge:
o Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
o Experience working with marketing data and understanding marketing analytics.
