The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and improve the software stack for the Edge Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) on a series of mobile SoCs.
  • Improve Edge TPU utilization with both internal and external customers and continuously reduce latency and power consumption, while maintaining existing software stack and deliver new Pixel releases.
  • Explore new software architectures to fit ever-evolving TPU architectures and Machine Learning (ML) frameworks.
  • Work with kernel driver and firmware teams in exploration for future products with evolving TPU architectures.
  • Work with public Application programming interface (API) and ML framework teams to make sure together we enable more Edge TPU applications without friction.
