Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C , Java, JavaScript).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • 3 years of experience building and developing infrastructure or distributed systems.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience working in an evolving organization.
  • Experience working with Distributed Systems and related Network Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Technologies on platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers and influence partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$337,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Contribute in all activities of software development (e.g., ideation, MVP definition, design, delivery) by building, designing, evolving, and scaling Kubernetes Networking solutions to meet current and future needs of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Platform, adapting to changing requirements and new areas of growth.
  • Establish clear objectives, break down problems into manageable milestones, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across engineering initiatives.
  • Promote software development practices with an emphasis on code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
  • Understand, communicate, and support organization-level business objectives and priorities.
