Location: Denver, CO
Onsite 5 days a week.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $193,000 per year

We're searching for a Software Engineering Manager to help lead and maintain the fast-paced momentum of our engineering team as we continue expanding into new industries. Key Responsibilities

• Speed of Innovation: Accelerate the delivery of products and features. We already operate at an impressive pace, but this role will help us push the boundaries even further.
• Engineering Leadership: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our team to reach new heights.
• Coaching: Develop and mentor the engineering team, challenging each member to grow.
• Production Uptime & Quality: Ensure that our systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability.
• Engineering Strategy: Own the architecture of our products, aligning with business goals and ensuring scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven success in building customer-facing enterprise products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with an ability to manage technical complexity
