Software Engineering Senior Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
This team is trying to create powerful and event driven workflows for their Pharmacy Clinical Advancement team to develop and enhance pharmacy practices by improving efficiency, accuracy and stability in Automated Data Processing, scaling with clinical workloads were volume of data can vary significantly, improve data accuracy and enhance collaboration.

Software Engineering Senior Advisor will help build and manager event-driven applications and workflows. Focus of this role is on serverless computing and event-driven execution for workflows.

• Design components in java springboot framework, AWS lambda, Eventbridge, StepFunctions & Dynamo DB.
• Develop coding standard and code-reviews.
• Demonstrate working with cross-vertical teams and provide technical expertise in java and AWS cloud technologies.
• Manage code deployments.
• Able to develop frontend UX using ReactJs framework.

Education:

• 4 years Bachelors degree or Masters in engineering or computer science.

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS Lambda serverless computing service experience creating solutions that run code without provisioning or managing servers. In this case the client is using AWS Lambda to run code in response to events such a changes to data in an AWS S3 bucket, updates to a DynamoDB table or HTTP requests via Amazon API Gateway
• 5+ years of AWS Eventbridge, using the serverless event bus service to connect data from proritary applications, integrated SaaS applications and other AWS Services.
• 5+ years of AWS StepFunction for serverless orchestration, with experience coordinating multiple AWS Services into Serverless workflows which can be defined, visualized and in the proper managed state.
