Baer is looking for Software Quality Test Analyst for a 8+ month project located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Title: Software Quality Test Analyst
Location: Remote with Travel to Minnesotta
Duration: 8 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted)

Description: As a SAP Quality Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and integration of software applications within the SAP environment. Your primary duties will include conducting functional, regression, and integration testing, designing test plans and scenarios, creating and executing test cases, and obtaining approval from Deloitte Manager. You will collaborate closely with development teams, analyzing bugs and defects, and ensuring their resolution. Your role will also involve documenting test results, tracking defects to closure, and identifying opportunities for automation enhancements. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams to understand automation needs and implement automation solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of applications development experience in a fast-paced web project leveraging the above-mentioned technologies.
• Understanding of methodologies and delivery of business software solutions with experience in various SDLC methodologies and working with a DevOps mindset.
• 5 years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer/Test Engineer/Test Analyst.
• Extensive experience performing hands-on testing (both script-based and exploratory).
• Experience in testing Microsoft platform upgrade platform compatibility testing.
• Experience with SQL and data retrieval from a relational database is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of VSTS, Basic knowledge of MTM (Microsoft Test Management Tool).
• Very good understanding of various SDLC processes, including agile development and testing.
• Knowledge in automation tools such as Selenium with C#; API testing using Postman/Fiddler is desired.
• Knowledge of Azure PAAS is desired.
• Experience with PPDS + MRP, IBP supply and Deployment planning, IM/MM - 3PL Integration: Experienced in managing 3PL integrations in an S/4 environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
