Software Support Engineer

Title: Software Support Engineer
Location: Hybrid or Onsite in Seattle, WA
Duration: 4 months, can extend
Compensation: $25-27/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:

The Software Support Engineer will support a glob al infrastructure team in troubleshooting and debugging critical software. You will be responsible for taking ownership of investigating and proposing solutions for software issues, as well as identifying larger trends. You will be a primary contributor to documentation and process optimization.
A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting/debugging software
• Experience investigating technical issues and identifying root cause
• Experience in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Linux experience preferred
