Opportunity: Permanent, paid hourly $24/hr

Pay Rate: $24/hr to start (Training program to advance and increase pay along the way.)

Location: Valley View, OH

Schedule: 5 days/wk onsite, Hours: 8a-5p

Position: Software Systems Technician

You will be part of a team to configure, upgrade, and maintain software systems the company offers to its clients. The main responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide Tier 1 remote support to clients with the goal of 1st touch resolution
• Provide software support to field technicians
• Perform in-house and remote system programming and "Burn-in" of cameras and equipment
• Perform client system upgrades and system support
• Participate in on-call rotation for remote support every 4-6 weeks (after training)
