Software Test and Integration Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a communication software integration and test engineer who thrives in a Digital Engineering environment. Candidates will support a variety of government-funded projects related to open architecture, open systems, containerization of military Software Defined Radio technology and applications for rapid prototyping and deployment.
- Software engineering within agile development environment
- Use C2MS standards, OpenC3, Docker-ization, Container Management, CI/CD pipeline workflows
- Develop within Real-Time & embedded systems
- Programming with languages/tools such as C++, Java, Python, HTML, SysML, AFSIM, AI/ML, MATLAB
- Test, debug, and improve code and the work of others for Hardware in the Loop systems
- Experience with the software development life cycle

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
- B.S. in Software Engineering / Computer Science or related STEM field
- Software development experience supporting communications systems, military electronics, or avionics systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Communications, and Networking Software

o Military communications waveforms including Link-16, BE-CDL, and other LOS / BLOS networks

o Development of Military Airborne Operational Flight Programs (OFP)

o Agile DevSecOps environment
