COUNTRY Financial is seeking a highly motivated Software Test Automation Practice Lead/Sr. SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) for the TCoE team. This position is a senior role that offers an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to own and deliver the direction and strategy of Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering (QA/QE) practices throughout Country Technology

With the increasing focus in software delivery on quality at speed, our requirement to deliver QA and QE services increases. Generally, this is leading to increasing demand for technical testing practices in the pipeline and CI platforms emphasizing earlier test automation.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.
