Software Tester

Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Description

Seeking a highly motivated Software Tester to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Design and create test procedures

• Provide traceability from requirement to technical specifications

• Lead and execute testing events

• Develop test plans

• Develop test procedures for software testing

• Document results of testing

• Track issues to successful resolution

Required Skills:

• Troubleshooting skills and experience

• Understanding of software test methodologies

• Automation testing experience

• Azure DevOps experience

• Knowledge of programming and software development

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ticket management experience

• Time management expertise

• Ability to work independently

• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must possess a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS); Reaper, Shadow, Gray Eagle preferred

• Air Force experience

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field and three (3) years or more experience
